I hired this firm for a civil case and was very disappointed in the lack of service that I received. I paid a retainer after being pursued by the attorney for the case. after I signed the retained, everything changed. I had appointment with this attorney at 3 pm. I waited and he never showed up by 5 ...pm and I left. Every other appointment, I waited close to an hour to get into the office. When the defendants wanted to settle the case. I didn't wish to settle for the amount they offered. I was pressured by Attorney Cicchiello to settle or he might just drop out of the case. This was wrong and completely the opposite of what I was told when they took the case. I am making this review so that other prospective clients of this firm will have some insight and maybe look around at other firms before using this one. I made a mistake here and am just trying to save other people from going through what I did.
