I practice law in two main areas: personal injury and employment litigation. My personal injury practice involves virtually every type of personal injury case: car accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, dangerous and unsafe medications, defective medical devices, slip and falls, premises liability including inadequate security cases, dental malpractice, construction accidents, aviation accidents, truck accidents, boating accidents, nursing home abuse and workers' compensation. My employment law practice involves the representation of people wrongfully terminated and/or discriminated against in the workplace on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, pregnancy, disability, religion, sexual orientation. I handle FMLA claims, whistleblower claims, unpaid wages and overtime claims, sexual harassment claims, hostile work environment claims, claims involving retaliation for filing a workers' compensation claim and civil rights claims including claims againt cities and police departments. I also represent individuals and businesses involved in business litigation including breach of contract and unfair trade practices.

We initially went to a big law firm thinking they would provide the best experience for my slip and fall accident. How wrong we were. Attorney Sabatini gave us much more information and hope for a positive settlement than Carter and Mario. We have high hopes for a great settlement and feel that he ha...

.Atty. James Sabatini patiently listened to the details of my unfair job termination where my disability was a factor in the decision-making process. He then guided me through the process and recommended my best options. He always had faith in me and my case and his empathy came through in his pass...

He took my dental malpractice case (iffy at best) on contingency and won me 15 grand. I wanted to go for a larger sum and admission of guilt (had a huge personal ax to grind with the defendant) but the settlement was probably reasonable.

Attorney Sabatini kept me informed throughout the process, guided me through the deposition process, and settled for an amount that exceeded my expectaions.
"Attorney Sabatini is an excellent employment lawyer. Having witnessed him an action, I recommend this lawyer."
"I have known James for 20 years. He is intelligent and competent to say the least, and posesses a strong work-ethic. James also empathizes with anyone whom he hears has been treated or affected unfairly. Even more, James maintains the highest standards of professionalism in any legal representation in which he engages. Clients, from what I have seen in my experience, complain most frequently about their lawyer's lack of committment to their legal matter. James, however, does what all attorneys should do: he acts as a true fiduciary and representative, puts himself in his clients shoes, and acts passionately on their behalf. He will respond to you, and will take the time to listen to your version of the facts. And because he is fair and open-minded, James serves as a compassionate audience to hear your claims even when it may seem that no one else will pay attention. In short, James Sabatini will expend all his resources to secure a favorable result for his client(s)."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I have known James for over a decade. We have shared legal ideas and case strategies. James is very smart and always puts his clients first."
