I know we should always leave room for improvement. However, I wanted to give Musani 10 stars but they only have 5. Roughly 18 months ago I was seeking to retain a lawyer and everyone I spoke with wanted a retention fee before they could tell me whether or not they were able to help me. I remember... calling Mr. Musani and briefly explaining my circumstance, and without having met him for a consultation, he briefly outlined over the phone to me the process ahead. When I met him in person for the consultation, after laying out everything on the table, and getting his feedback, I told him I would like to retain his service. He did not PROMISED or ASSURED me with any false hopes...simple that he will do everything in his power that the law permits to help my case. And that he did! Mr. Musani is a wonderful and passionate immigration lawyer. He has a vast knowledge of the current immigration laws and proceedings. My family needed to hire a lawyer for two adjustment of status (green card) cases and initially we consulted with another lawyer off of Avvo since her rating was good ...but she had a lot of red flags and eventually we became aware that she provided us with false information and had no knowledge of immigration laws/proceedings yet she claims to be an immigration lawyer. We then searched Avvo again, found Mr. Musani, and contacted him. He gave us an appointment to see him right away. He told us that our case was not that complicated and there should be no reason why we shouldn’t get a green card and from there our immigration journey with him began. I can proudly say that our cases were approved this September, and we are now green card holders. All this was possible because of Mr. Musani. He has supported and helped us every step of this journey. If we ever emailed him with questions, he would get back to us right away. He came with us to the interview and gave us advice every step of the way. In regards to his fees, he was very flexible. He is a wonderful lawyer and most importantly, human being.
