Patrick Tomasiewicz Delivers Amazing Results

My son was charged with 8 felony counts and one misdemeanor ranging from assault, robbery, larceny, unlawful restraint, and conspiracy to commit. When we retained his firm, I was beyond concerned as to what the results would be and deeply upset that my son would serve significant time in prison. I my...self have significant experience with the legal field as I have worked as a paralegal for 13 years and have seen the results in cases defended by a number of attorneys for similar charges. Pat was extremely responsive to all of our calls, emails and texts when contacted. He kept us informed of the status every step of the way, and fought for my son with a passion for the law, diligence, and determination. Following his negotiations with prosecution, Pat called and told us he was able to negotiate 8 felony charges and 1 misdemeanor charge down to 1 felony charge, with all remaining charges being dropped, resulting in a sentence that required NO time be served, only probation. When my son and I received the call from Pat regarding the plea deal he negotiated with the State's Attorney's office, it brought me to tears and words can never express how grateful I am to Pat and his team. I highly recommend Pat to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated attorney who will fight for you.

Posted by Daniel | October 10, 2017 | Hired Attorney | Wrongful Termination

Deputy Fire Chief, Hartford Fire Department (Retired)

My name is Dan Nolan, Deputy Chief of the Hartford Fire Department (Retired). There’s a saying “You can’t beat City Hall” but if you have a fearless and dedicated attorney you most certainly can and Pat Tomasiewicz is that type of attorney. I was wrongfully terminated in 2009 by the City of Hartfor...d due to their politically corrupt leadership of the Fire Department and City Hall during that timeframe. I went through a lengthy arbitration process with union representation that lasted several years, which eventually exonerated me of the false charges I was accused of and I was fully reinstated with full back pay and benefits. Despite winning my case, during the period I was terminated until the time I returned to work my reputation was severely damaged through the false accusations of Hartford’s corrupt leadership which was spread to all the newspapers and media outlets throughout the country. The problems I encountered were having an extremely adverse effect on every aspect of my daily life. Relationships with my own family, girlfriend, and friends grew increasingly tense. My overall daily outlook was grim as a consequence of a long drawn out justice process without being able to see any viable options to resurrect my reputation with the cruel and vicious process that was cast upon me. I felt the City of Hartford owed me much more than the arbitrators decision to fully reinstate me. That is when I decided to seek legal representation to hold the City of Hartford responsible for the abusive process that put me through that destroyed my reputation. First of all, I would like to share the point that I met with many attorneys and was shot down by all of them due to the fact that I had already won my job back in arbitration as well as the many gray areas in my case which nobody wanted to tackle. My situation was particularly challenging, one that would likely frighten off (And did) less talented attorneys. I found that either the lawyers that I contacted didn’t want to take on the case being based mostly on moral principle or were too afraid of fighting the local giant “City Hall”. Pat Tomasiewicz and his team of attorneys were different. They refused to be bullied and were not afraid to take on the City of Hartford, but more importantly they were willing to fight the good fight in order for me to receive the justice I deserved. I was impressed with Pat’s work ethic for so many reasons. He always listened to me, he took the time to read through my documents carefully and probed further when more information was needed. Pat was honest, professional, transparent and candid when he needed to be. He always communicated with me in a timely manner and I was never left in the dark about anything regarding my case. Pat personally addressed my case when it came time to go to court, guiding me calmly through every step and ensuring that the process was civil and dignified. During the proceedings Pat was completely client focused with an aptitude that made me feel like the most important person in the world. In the end, Pat negotiated a tremendous settlement for me. Although more than five years have passed since our case began, I continue to send clients to Pat and his impressive team of attorneys. I cannot recommend Pat too highly nor say enough good things about him. There is no other attorney with whom I can adequately compare him too. His expertise in his field of work you don’t expect to experience nowadays and in it he has clearly demonstrated to me his complete set of skills, capabilities and compassion for justice. If you have a need for exceptional legal representation in the area of labor law or any other legal matter, I graciously recommend the Law Office of Fazzano and Tomasiewicz, you will indeed be fortunate if you can acquire their services. I’m extremely pleased with Pat Tomasiewicz and his staff, for my settlement and you will forever be heroes to me and my family. Thank you, Dan Nolan

Patrick Tomasiewicz

I'm a public figure who was at faullt in an auto accident with a motorcyclist, resulting in a lower leg amputation. First my insurance company and then I was sued, so I was referred to Patrick. I would gladly do the same, refer anyone to Patrick. He operates with the utmost integrity, diligence, comm...itment, and his experience is apparent from the first meeting. He kept me out of court, kept me up to date on every development, thoroughly explained all my options, and offered sound legal advice. I could not be happier with how the case concluded. He saved me a lot of trouble, while the plaintiff was made whole. Patrick is a great attorney and a better man whom I now consider a friend.

Attorney Tomasiewicz is amazing!

I am a Connecticut physician taking care of several thousand patients. I was falsely accused and then unjustly maligned by a very unprofessional cop. I had initially been told that, although I was utterly innocent, unfortunately the way the justice system worked, in the very end I would be forced ...to accept an unjust plea bargain, and I and my family would have to eternally carry the unjust burden of shame for a crime I did not commit. I had been told, that I would have to live with the awareness of this injustice, and there would be nothing that anyone could do about it. My world crumbled. My days became a living hell. Until a very good friend and counsel referred me to Attorney Patrick Tomasiewicz. And Attorney Tomasiewicz rescued me! He rescued both, me and my family! Attorney Tomasiewicz built a momentous defense and brought on two other incredibly strong attorneys, one of them extremely seasoned and attuned to legal nuances, and the other one an amazing master of precise and powerful legal diction. Attorney Tomasiewicz had tremendous insight, super-heroic patience, and showed incredible dedication to my defense. He relentlessly remained committed to securing my exoneration in a what I can best describe as a David-versus-Goliath battle. What I will always admire is his tremendous integrity, compassion, kindness, and affability. What I will never forget is his availability and ability. I am eternally indebted to Attorney Tomasiewicz, his two powerful allies, and his right hand and legal assistant, Mrs Dimock. This super-team saved me. I pray, that one day, I can repay their kindness.
