Patrick Tomasiewicz Delivers Amazing Results

My son was charged with 8 felony counts and one misdemeanor ranging from assault, robbery, larceny, unlawful restraint, and conspiracy to commit. When we retained his firm, I was beyond concerned as to what the results would be and deeply upset that my son would serve significant time in prison. I my...self have significant experience with the legal field as I have worked as a paralegal for 13 years and have seen the results in cases defended by a number of attorneys for similar charges. Pat was extremely responsive to all of our calls, emails and texts when contacted. He kept us informed of the status every step of the way, and fought for my son with a passion for the law, diligence, and determination. Following his negotiations with prosecution, Pat called and told us he was able to negotiate 8 felony charges and 1 misdemeanor charge down to 1 felony charge, with all remaining charges being dropped, resulting in a sentence that required NO time be served, only probation. Attorney Tomasiewicz is amazing!

I am a Connecticut physician taking care of several thousand patients. I was falsely accused and then unjustly maligned by a very unprofessional cop. I had initially been told that, although I was utterly innocent, unfortunately the way the justice system worked, in the very end I would be forced ...to accept an unjust plea bargain, and I and my family would have to eternally carry the unjust burden of shame for a crime I did not commit. I had been told, that I would have to live with the awareness of this injustice, and there would be nothing that anyone could do about it. My world crumbled. My days became a living hell. Until a very good friend and counsel referred me to Attorney Patrick Tomasiewicz. And Attorney Tomasiewicz rescued me! He rescued both, me and my family! Attorney Tomasiewicz built a momentous defense and brought on two other incredibly strong attorneys, one of them extremely seasoned and attuned to legal nuances, and the other one an amazing master of precise and powerful legal diction. Attorney Tomasiewicz had tremendous insight, super-heroic patience, and showed incredible dedication to my defense. He relentlessly remained committed to securing my exoneration in a what I can best describe as a David-versus-Goliath battle. He is my savior

In the simplest of terms Atty Tomasiewicz has saved my life and the lives of my family. He successfully defended me against an alleged violation of a restraining order and a violation of probation for which the State of CT wanted to hold me as a prisoner for 3 years. Instead of the 3 years the stat...e wanted initially, I acknowledged a probation violation and am to participate in a diversionary program for 2 years. I spent no time in jail, thus allowing me to save myself and my family. Atty Tomasiewicz used his talent and experience to successfully keep me from serving any jail time.
