I don’t think I could recommend an attorney any more than I could for Attorney Appleton. As President of one of the largest condo complexes in the State, we occasionally have issues. This time, we were having a contract dispute over landscaping work and originally hired an attorney specializing in ...condos. Unfortunately, they had no idea how to handle contracts but could tell me all about how to make rules for the condos. Then we found Attorney Appleton. Immediately, he jumped into action. The landscaper was suing us for over $100,000 worth of damages! Knowing and proving we were right were two different things.
