I have never needed a lawyer before so I didn't know what to expect. My case took a little over 2 years to settl...e, mainly due to the complexity of my injury and the difficult insurance company. Peter proved to be inept and untrustworthy. I was never made to feel like my case was a priority and repeatedly had to compel him to move the case forward. He was extremely hard to reach and I usually had interaction with his paralegal. (His paralegal was very kind, and quite knowledgeable, but sh...e could only do so much - and I had not hired her to represent me.) Ultimately, Peter discussed a deal for settlement with the opposing attorney, revealing information which undermined my award. In my absence he told them what I would be willing to settle for, despite the fact that I had asked to hear what they were willing to offer first. He "slipped up" and relayed this to me. I would not recommend his services.
