Biography
I have been successfully practicing law in the fields of commercial litigation, construction law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for over 38 years. Martindale-Hubbell has awarded me its highest rating as an AV-lawyer. I have been repeatedly recognized as a "New England Superlawyer" by Superlawyers Magazine. For many years, I have served on the Board of Directors of the Hartford County Bar Association and as its President during the 2014-15 year. I have been on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Construction Law Section for some time, and served as the Committee Chair during the 2015-2017 term. I served as the Senior Editor of the Section's "Construction Law Review" for several years. I am an adjunct instructor in the "Legal Process" course at the University of Connecticut Law School, where I have taught since 2005.
