First of all, getting in contact with Freya was a breeze. She instantly responded to a phone call and set up a time to meet. I told her the immigration case about my parents and being refused by the embassy. She explained the procedure and what was needed to get the case out of refusal/administrative... processing and assist with making an affidavit of support and documents that would be beneficial and needed to expedite the case. She got in contact with the CT state representative to help with the case. Setting up follow up appointments were smooth as well and she always answered questions when asked. I truly believe with her help with this case helped my parents receive their visas from the embassy sooner rather than later. Overall, great communication and she really helped out on the case.
