Hit and Run accident

Workman’s comp

After exhausted time dealing with workman’s comp for over a month I emailed this law firm and they answered back quick during the COVID-19 I was surprised how fast he was assured me not to worry They contacted my workman’s comp rep and within A couple weeks my checks were mailed out. If not for them I be homeless my rent and bills were piling in and no paycheck coming in I was depressed my case still pending but I am assured they will continue to help me though this time I am so happy he on my side!

Hit and Run accident

Attorney Beckert had helped my daughter when she had an accident a few years ago and had nothing but praise for how it was handled by Bill Beckert,and his staff. It was a no brainer after my accident to contact Attorney Beckert. My accident was a hit and run and a bit complicated. I feel I received a very fair and timely settlement. I am very pleased.

The right choice for me !!!!

My nephew a real estate lawyer recommended Bill to handle my motor vehicle claim. What at first appeared to be a cut and dry accident claim turned out to be a two and a half year court battle.....after this period their initial one thousand dollar offer resulted in near full compensation of allowed insurance limits. Would I recommend Attorney Beckert ?............i do and I have!!!!!!

Great Lawyer and Friend

I first met Bill about ten years ago after a very serious auto accident. Throughout the process we became friends and have stayed that way ever since. Great Experience

One of a kind lawyer!

Attorney William (Bill) Beckert is impressive! He represents me in a workers compensation claim and I couldn't be happier. Complicated property damage claim

I needed an attorney for property damage that was caused by an association. I had tried to resolve the situation myself , but they ignored my claim. I met with William Beckert at my property to review the damages. He took my case and the association battled back hard. Bill's approach was straight forward, no nonsense . He got them back on their heels and won my case. WOW, I had almost given up hope until William Beckert became my attorney...... And will be our representative from now on!!! I would recommend him to anyone!

I used him on two separate occasions, once for workers comp and the other for a car accident and personal injury. He explains things in a way that anyone can understand and always keeps you informed. He is very friendly and approachable. I also thought that the process was very fast and I feel that he definitely got me what was owed to me, plus some. I would highly recommend him!
