Ralph D. Sherman

I contracted Attorney Sherman to help me have my firearms rights restored in relation to a series of incidents that had happened many years prior. It was a long and unpleasant process but Attorney Sherman and his team were very focused and also sympathetic throughout the entire thing. It is quite a ...humbling experience to have someone go through your old hospital records but Atty. Sherman and his paralegal Emma maintained a respectful and non-judgmental disposition throughout. After a years-long process through the probate courts (as was expected), we finally achieved success and my rights have been restored. Atty. Sherman and his staff are not just good at what they do, but they are kind and patriotic individuals who firmly believe in their work. Highly recommended. 

Ralph was referred to me by the CT Bar Association after calling the lawyer referral line. I was looking for an attorney after having my permit revoked for criticizing the process. Ralph seemed more interested in defending the unconstitutional permitting racket and its unconstitutional review board t...hen the rights of citizens of the Constitution State. In my opinion, this is just a job for him. There may be the appearance of him being "successful" in reversing these violations but I think he has just found a lane for himself to monetize the infringement without addressing its root cause. My interaction with Ralph gave me the impression that he will not fight for your fight to keep and bear arms with vigor and that he has built a comfortable life around the status quo as it relates to the 2nd Amendment & Connecticut.
