Attorney Sherman was able to remove a past protective order that was sitting on my federal record for a decade unbeknownst to myself preventing me from getting a pistol permit. The original attorney swore it couldn't be there as it was supposed to be expunged from my record after 90 days but our lack...luster courts failed to properly update the records. He had no idea how to resolve this but Attorney Sherman was confident that he could. It took some time but in the end he successfully cleared my record and the DPS granted me my permit.
