Moving to Tolland, Connecticut in 2011, George Baker was one of the first people we met. In discovering George’s background he spoke of serving the community as a lawyer for over thirty years and time as a former Probate Judge in the Tolland district. Last year my father passed away suddenly which left no time for planning before.
