Honest and Upfront Consultation

Recently, I retained Attorney Golden to finalized a complicated negotiation and agreement Andrew demonstrated unquestionable integrity, trust, efficiency, strategic thinking, creative solutions etc. Of all the great qualities Andrew has, he is kind and an effective communicator. I knew the status of... my case at every step. I did no research on Andrew until he wrapped up. I suggest ready his homepage. Very accurate. Read the bio on Avvo. I believe Andrew’s diverse and impressive professional and educational background is key. The best attorney I ever met.

Job eliminated while on Medical Leave

I was shocked when I got the word- that my job had been eliminated. My boss was on the phone, he’s a guy who I considered a friend. He read some standard corporate statement from a script and then he got off the line. I was left to listen to an anonymous, cold, HR person who read me the corporate ...policy and a list of instructions. I didn’t know what to do next… I was referred to Andrew Golden by a friend. It was clear that Andrew’s experience gave him insight into the “other side”; the company’s perspective. And along with the necessary legal expertise, I was quick to realize that Andrew’s got something else that’s important when you hire counsel- Andrew is a tremendously empathetic guy. He understands your situation and the impact of losing your job. While he was able to walk me through every step, he knew what to expect from the other side. In the end, I came out ahead. But more important, I was able to move forward with a sense of dignity, feeling confident that with Andrew representing me, I had the best possible outcome. Coincidentally, while I was going through this process, I was able to recommend Andrew to a friend. He’s grateful that I did. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Golden Law to anyone else.

Above and beyond

From the moment we sat down with Atty Golden, he listened to us. My husband was treated unfairly at work, and we needed someone on our side. Atty Golden represented us, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs representation from ...the employee side.

Andrew is a compassionate and empathetic attorney with your best interest in mind

I met with Andrew for a free 30-minute consultation to discuss my situation. He made me feel comfortable, listened with a lot of empathy and 75 minutes later I walked out understanding my options and the risk-benefit that I faced depending on how I proceeded. Andrew was clear, articulate and thoughtf...ul, showing not only his knowledge but also compassion, respect and understanding of my situation. I would strongly recommend Andrew to anyone who is facing employment legal challenges. I believe that his style is one that works for everyone and his background makes him effective in the employment law area.

Compassionate and Client Focused Lawyer

Andrew took his time to listen to all the details of my case, and was very compassionate relating to my situation and my feelings. Although he could have told me what I wanted to hear, Andrew didn't hesitate to explain where I stood in the case and what were the odds based on the evidence we had. In ...fact, the final outcome was very close, ending in a win-win situation. Looking back, Andrew also saved me from a potentially bad situation, because I misinterpreted a section of my rights. He quickly explained to my adversary and defused that situation which got us back on track. I am very pleased with his work, and would recommend him.

"I have worked with Andrew Golden for fifteen (15) years, both in jointly defending employment litigation claims and as my firm’s opponent in employment litigation matters. Andrew is an exceptional legal strategist, positioning cases for the optimum resolution for his clients. In his current practice, Andrew represents individuals in bringing employment claims. Andrew knows how corporations think, having served as an in-house employment counsel for a Fortune 500 company managing complex employment litigation matters and top outside counsel across the country for 15 years. He knows how to maximize claim recoveries for individual employees because he knows how corporations value cases and knows what concerns corporations. Andrew consistently demonstrates the highest integrity. When Andrew gives his word, people people count on it. I would not have any hesitation in having Andrew represent me or any member of my family. I recommend him without reservation."

"Andrew possess significant traits that are not learned at law school. He is compassionate and honest. He is also smart, patient, and deliberate. Although he is a litigator and a strong advocate, he seeks to avoid overly adversarial encounters - he is a gentleman lawyer who counsels instead of fighting for the sake of fighting. I strongly endorse Andrew."
