Gave me great advice and direction

After reviewing Attorney Golden’s website I called him and left a message describing my case. He called back in less than an hour and left me a message saying he did not handle my specific area of employment law but would be glad to review my case with me for a few minutes. So I called back and he ...reviewed the law with me and suggested actually a better course of action not involving a lawyer. He said also to beware of some lawyers that would take my money only to say a few thousand dollars down the road that I did not have a strong case. So I’m pursuing the alternative course of action he gave me. The really big advantage of Attorney Golden is that he spent 20 years representing the other side, the employers. He accordingly knows what they will counter with. This all cost me $0.00 ! I highly recommend Attorney Golden therefore as he is extremely knowledgeable and understanding of these stressful situations.

Great Choice

I was referred to Mr Golden by another Law firm and was not disappointed. He was approachable reachable a great listener offered great advice listen to my complaint without judgement. Just recently after the case was already settled He reached out just to say hello and see how i was doing. Such a nic...e calm patient guy. I felt safe in my decision to choose him and was so grateful that He took my case. He went above and beyond and even while on vacation with His family He was reachable. Discrimination, Whistle-blowing and Retaliation

Andrew Golden came recommended to me by a top law firm. When I called Andrew, he offered a consultation to first gather information and took the time to understand my case. This was key and garnered respect and confidence in Andrew. Andrew determined I had a good case and began to advise me on how... to proceed with my employer, as well as potential further steps if needed. By the end of the initial consultation, I hired Andrew to be my attorney. Thanks to Andrew, my outcome was very favorable and not only for monetary reasons, as I also gained some important benefits from my employer. I found Andrew to be exceptional in the Discrimination, Whistle-blowing and Retaliation spaces. Why? Andrew has previous experience working as an attorney within the legal teams of major U.S. corporations. The so-called 'other side'. This experience enabled Andrew to anticipate exactly how my employer would respond throughout my situation and, perhaps more importantly, focus on the grounds and strengths I had to stand on. A surprising benefit of working with Andrew was that he was a calming force, as he would make himself available for all the critical points. I would highly recommend Andrew. He is experienced and compassionate!

Completely Satisfied

It was wonderful working with Andrew. From the start of the consult to the positive completion of my case I was never made to feel what is going on or felt left in the dark. If I had a question or concern between his communication I would have that question or concern addressed within an hour. Andrew... is someone you can be yourself and feel comfortable during conversation. When discussing situations of the case he made it easy to understand and took all time needed to be sure I understood.. There is no question that in the future if I needed legal representation I would definitely contact him first!!!
