Put my mind at ease

I met with Andrew regarding an issue I was going through with my employer regarding my retirement. I had never dealt with this situation before so I wanted someone with a thorough knowledge of my issue. From my first discussion with Andrew he was professional and personable at the same time and I ...immediately felt a level of comfort. He thoroughly explained his process and fee and a meeting was set up. When we met in person I immediately felt comfortable with him. He had reviewed my situation and was ready for a discussion. He explained everything in detail and made sure I throughly understood the paperwork from my employer and advised me on what he felt would be best for me. He listened to my questions and concerns and I felt that he cared about me as a person and not just a "case". When I left his office I felt confident in my decision and no longer stressed or anxious about my situation I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone having work related issues that need sound advice.

Labor Hearing Representation

Attorney Golden responded promptly to the phone message I left. After dropping off a mountain of documentation in regards to my labor case we met for a consultation. Enthusiastic, heart-felt, supportive, and does his homework

I contacted attorney Golden regarding an unemployment appeal by a former employer that left a lot of potential debt hanging over my head. Because of my situation, it sounded like a dicey case to try to argue, but Andrew gave me plenty of time to explain my situation to him. Once he heard what I had t...o say, and saw the evidence that I had prepared, he was happy to take my case. As we prepared for the initial appeals hearing, Andrew worked with me multiple times to coach me on what evidence was worth sharing vs not, what I should say, and how I should say it. I do not have a demeanor well suited for litigation like this (I like to elaborate too much), but Andrew coached me very well regarding the hearing. As time went on, my previous employer kept making mistakes and missing hearings, and eventually the case was closed due to procedural violations by my employer. We did not get to argue the merits of the case, but both Andrew and I felt like we were ready to kill the other team on the facts of the case. The situation eventually came down to arguments around case law and facts regarding who can/can't appeal a case, what their responsibilities are regarding timeliness and accountability, etc. This was all out of my depth, but I felt that Andrew did a very thorough job of putting together an argument that the case should be closed in my favor. When we got the final judgement saying the judge had found in our favor, the decision was full of the same case law and situations Andrew had cited in his statement. It was very clear to me that Andrew did his best, and did it well, throughout the entire headache of this case. I felt continually supported and confident because of his involvement and coaching, and he consistently felt like he really cared about the outcome, and had my best interests at heart. I would hire Andrew again in a heartbeat for this kind of work, or anything similar. I highly, highly recommend Andrew and suggest that anyone looking for a employment lawyer contact him.
