Excellent, effective, and efficient service

I hired Andrew to help me in negotiating more severance after I was wrongfully terminated from my company due to sexism and misogyny. Andrew did an fantastic job setting expectations of negotiations and carefully talking me through ever decision and next steps. I felt incredibly supported by Andrew d...uring this arduous process and always felt I could call him with questions and concerns. It was a weight off my shoulders to not to have to speak to my old company and I was in very good hands with Andrew. In the end we got a severance package that I was very happy with. He will work hard for you!

Cut to the Chase

Spoke with Andrew today for 1 hr. Most attorneys will charge, or won't listen to you past 13 min. He listened and was straight-forward and thorough. He told me I did not have a legitimate case against my employer and if I did try perusing there would be very little rewards in it for me. Attorney ...fees would be much higher than the potential awards. Too risky to go forward with any attorney. Be skeptical of the ones that say, you have a case, as they may just be in it for the money, and not for your best interests. Ask, "What's my legal claim and legal action?" Though he knew how I felt I was wronged, he strongly advised against taking any action with his representation or anyone. Saved me the money and risk.

I was very hesitant about working with an attorney for my employment issue. I had never done anything like this before and was nervous about entering into a legal situation. Attorney Golden helped me through the entire process and really listened to my concerns. He took the time to get to know how th...e employment situation had personally impacted me and had amazing ideas on how to speed up the process based on his extensive knowledge from the other side of the table as a corporate lawyer. Very Satisfied

Andrew walked me through my General Release Agreement line by line in addition to the provisions in my restricted stock awards that included a non-compete clause. Andrew was very patient and answered all of my many questions and provided the legal advice I needed. I highly recommend Andrew.

Amazing

Working with Andrew Golden was a great experience. When I first called Mr. Golden, to inquire if my case was even a case, he has no idea who I was or what my case was going to be about yet, took the time to talk to me for over an hour and a half about what happened and if he was the correct attor...ney for my case. I reach out to Golden Law LLC for an employment problem. He made the lawsuit process a breeze. Talking me through every step, having open and honest communication from day one. We were not only able to communicate and meet in person a hand full of times, but he was also very easy to reach over the phone and via email. With whatever I may have needed, even on his days off when he didn’t need to reply. Any legal terms and codes he had to use, he explained fully, with confidence and made sure they made sense to me and I understood what they mean. My case was very unique, had a lot of emotion to it, and Andrew took everything with ease, he was empathetic about my situation and yet very hardworking and determined to get me my best possible outcome. He even let me scream and cry on the phone. I would recommend Mr. Golden and his company over and over again. He also remember the little details about my life outside of the case and continued to ask how I was doing in different aspects outside of the case. I appreciated that.
