I am an estate planning and elder law attorney with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law. I create estate plans for those seeking to protect their families with wills and various types of trusts. I assist individuals and families with documents involving life events such as an appointment of a health care representative, designation of conservator and living wills. I also help individuals and families concerned with estate tax implications. I also assist individuals in Medicaid and Title XIX applications.
I am licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, Connecticut, Federal District Court of Connecticut, Colorado, and the Federal District Court of Colorado. Adjunct professor of probate in the paralegal studies program at the University of Hartford.
I also have significant experience as a client-focused litigation attorney with a history of helping clients with a broad scope of issues, both as a solo practitioner and as a contributor to a firm. I have considerable experience litigating and helping clients in personal injury, negligence, workers' compensation and criminal defense.
