Joel was very professional, helpful and comforting. Even when it seemed like our case might be one that could not be settled he kept at it and found a good resolution for us. In cases like ours things usually don't go well for the individuals; the large companies with the larger claims take all the available money drag the case out for decades while the individuals are left with nothing. Joel helped us out by walking us through the documents we needed and by attempting an... inter pleader, which worked great.
