I have been a litigator all of my career. I began my practice in Brooklyn in 1984 as a solo practicioner and formed the firm of Beck and Iannuzzi in 1987. In 2002, my family and I re-located to Manchester Vermont, where I became associated with my current firm, Cleary, Shahi & Aicher. My main current practice areas include personal injury litigation, construction defect litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation and general commercial litigation. I have successfully prosecuted multiple cases inthe Vermont Supreme Court. I am also admitted in the federal district court of Vermont where I also regiularly practice. I have maintained my New York State license and am admitted in New York's Southern and Eastern District courts. I have been a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney for more than 20 years.
