Ezra Willey has been my son's attorney for many years. Ezra has been a strong an unwavering advocate of my son and his fight with severe mental illness. Although Ezra dropped as a client due my lack of transparency and being forthright with details that would negatively impacted my case and jeopardized a favorable outcome for my daughter and I and perhaps jeopardize his personal integrity. He educated me to as how the system works. And how to fully ...disclose any future plans and present situations no matter how small they may seem to your attorney to determine what is the best course of action. He even referred me to another attorney. I did as he advised and I stopped having my daughter and I from spending the night away from my primary residence at my girlfriends house and registered my daughter in the proper school district where I reside. I took his advice he gave me and I was able to apply to my new attorney client relationship and I have reached a divorce settlement judgment with my wife which allowed me to protect my daughter from mental, emotional and physical abuse and do what is best for the well being of my daughter without being taken a step back financially to be able to care for my daughter. I now have Sole Parental Rights and Responsibilities of my daughter and a divorce settlement being finalized that works to my daughters best interest. Ezra was firm and professional even when he dispatched me as a client and his team were professionals who made this difficult time so much more manageable and easier on my mental and emotional health. I can't say enough about them. I would recommend him to anyone who want a competent, ethical attorney who will give you it to you straight while being kind and professional. Extremely unprofessional and lacking in competence. Instead of offering knowledgeable legal guidance, he resorted to bullying tactics, name-calling, and unconstructive behavior. He appeared unfamiliar with basic legal principles that should be second nature in his area of practice. Also, he encourag...ed unnecessary legal actions, seemingly to prolong the case and increase fees rather than prioritize his client’s best interests. I would strongly advise others to seek representation elsewhere.
