I hired SSTL's as my Divorce Attorney in NOv 2023. I am retired military as is SS so assumed he was up to speed on military benefits. This divorce process took 23 months to complete and approx 24K in expenses. During the process I provided countless written documents and verbal arguements for poi...nt / counterpoints to be included for presentation in my defense. NOT one item was ever used or presentated on my behalf; up to and including an additional 40 day delay for my Ex-wife to relocate; she had been given 90days via the Judgement.. Todate I am still waiting to retrieve belongings provided to me in the Divorce Judgement. My Ex has since refused to abide w/ the conditions set forth by the Judgement. SSTL's has ignored any and all support in my continuing legal divorce procedures. I would NOT recommend SSTL's for divorce cases. I would not have given one star except I dad to select something for this review. I was and am still very disappointed.

I would never recommend Steve Smith for a divorce these reviews are fake (notice how they are all from the same timeframe) Steve Smith only stands up for criminals and abusers not the victims. He will gladly take your money because abusers will abuse the process and cost you dearly. When it comes to ...Steve Smith “himself”having to defend a victim of domestic violence he will fail by doing nothing for you and say “his team” created the best possible outcome. Steve should be ashamed of being a divorce attorney that leaves victims broke with no support and still at the mercy of their abuser months after the divorce is over. I’m hoping this review will stay here in hopes of letting other victims of domestic violence know that if they have finally made the decision to leave… Move along from hiring Steve Smith and don’t make another mistake.
