I was referred to Sheldon Tepler by another attorney in the area after I was in a car accident. He took the time right then to meet with me and he truly listened to the whole story, saw how much pain I was truly suffering from because I also have an underlying medical condition where I live with pain... daily and this totally intensified that pain level to my injured area. He told me he thought he could help me. He seemed to have empathy for me that this injury totally disrupted my life as I'm a single lady needing to work 2 jobs and as a result of this accident,that is impossible. It became a little complicated because when I got hit, I was on the clock so it became a Worker's Comp case. I had no representative for comp but after the Dr's released me from care 14 months later and we talked about how this has truly impacted my life both financially and medically, we discussed my options. I chose to have Sheldon represent me with Comp as well to avoid being taken advantage of. The settlement process has just started and I'm not even going to guess the outcome, but I hope it truly compensates me well for all that I have truly lost. I'll keep you posted on my outcome.
