Assist excecutors or heirs during the difficult period after a loved one's death with the probate process and distribution of assets; also provide representation and guidance for guardianship and adoption proceedings.

Assist clients in obtaining guardianships and conservatorships for minors and incapacitated adults, as well as ongoing assistance in managing such guardianships.

Draft and assist in administration of trusts, including credit shelter trusts, special needs trusts, life insurance trusts, minor trusts, and revocable trusts.
