Though I don't know Marty personally, I have been the beneficiary on numerous occasions of his advice and insight on various national elder law e-mail lists. Marty knows his stuff, and is extremely generous in sharing his expertise with other attorneys. Potential clients would do well to consider Marty for their elder law needs.
