Biography
I am member of MittelAsen, LLC and have been representing consumer and small business debtors in bankruptcy proceedings for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Maine in 1987 I practiced bankruptcy law in New York City. I have represented the Debtor in several important cases which have resulted in decisions involving emerging areas of consumer bankruptcy law. I am a member of the Maine Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. I am a speaker at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys.
