Richard E. Samdperil

I was referred to Attorney Samdperil after my deferred sentence was in jeopardy due to two minor offenses that came up over the summer. It is therefore not excessively hyperbolic to call Richard a brilliant soldier of justice - indeed, he is just this, and much more.
