Biography
Having been licensed to practice in New Hampshire since 2005, and in Massachusetts since 1995, I am so fortunate to love what I do. I represent my clients in all facets of Family Law and Elder Law including divorce, legal separation, child support and spousal support (alimony), custody and parenting rights and responsibilities, guardianship, pre and post nuptial agreements, estate planning, probate litigation, estate administration and Medicaid. My practice is truly one of "family" law...addressing issues and disputes that arise as a result of family relationships and dynamics. It is my goal with every client to be his/her dedicated advocate. It is also my responsibility to arm my clients with knowledge and information so that they can make informed, intelligent decisions regarding their case. You know your parents, your children, your spouse and yourself, and I know the law. Together we can accomplish your reasonable goals.
