Allison is the managing partner of Wescott Law. While she offers general legal services, Allison focuses her practice on criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. Her advocacy work includes DWI defense and other motor vehicle violations, criminal defense, labor and employment, landlord/tenant, Chapter 7 bankruptcy and contract disputes.
A cum laude graduate of the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) and a Daniel Webster Scholar, Allison previously earned her BS in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2005. Allison is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
A graduate of the Leadership Lakes Region program, Allison is active in the community, serving as a mentor for young women in New Hampshire’s Circle Program, President of the Belknap Mill Society and a Board Member of Belknap Economic Development Council.
While primarily at the Laconia office, Allison also sees clients in Meredith by appointment, which may be arranged by emailing her directly or calling the firm’s main line of , and speaking with her.
