A few months when I walked into Joe Prieto’s office for the first time, I was met with a newfound feeling of relief. Relief was a foreign concept to me as a series of unfortunate events found their way to my life; needless to say, it was refreshing. Sooo while visiting NH from out of state i was stopped by Nashua police late at night.....made the mistake of speaking to the officer and admitted to having a couple beers...sure enough the officer proceeded it with field sobriety test which he said i failed,he also claimed i had a strong odor of alc...ohol which was a lie,he also claimed i needed help getting out the cruiser (another lie) ...long story short...i research a few attorneys in the area and none of them really wanted to talk to me over the phone except Joe Prieto and thats what call my attention he went above and beyond on that initial call and based on that i decided to hire him....he thought i had a good case and decided to take it to trial. The prosecutors didnt want to negotiate and wanted to convict me at that point i really was concern but Joe was well prepared for trial....on trial date he cross examined the arresting officer and pointed out many inconsistencies but what really did it was the booking video which show that i was not stumbling or slurring my speech among other things therefore it condradicted the officer claim that i was heavily intoxicated....the judge only took a minute to declared me NOT GUILTY....i never expected the outcone because i was going against a police officer words against mine...i cant thank joe enough....is all done, no suspension,no alcohol classes,no insurance issues etc...i would recomend joe to all my friends and family...thanks again Joe.
