Leslie Nixon was linked to my case as I happened to be working in New Hampshire when I was ejected from a vehicle while the driver fell asleep. I live in Maryland and would have to make trips up north in order to proceed with the case. The communication with her team through the entire process was exceptional. Her assistant Nicole requested and pushed information to me as they came and I feel that even though she wasn’t the original lawyer that I began the case with, she assessed what happened to me very well and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the case. Her professionalism and knowledge of the law really shined through when I first went up north for my deposition and I felt with I was in great hands as she directed me what to do and not to do, as I’ve never been in the deposition process that lasted for over 4 hours!! I absolutely endorse Leslie Nixon to represent your legal needs. I thank her so much for helping me win my case and move forward with my life!!
Leslie was recommended by a local law firm from upstate NY to handle my brothers wrongfull death/ estate case in New Hampshire, she did a excellent job.
A sudden tragic death within a family is so jarring but she was able to give a compassionate steady guidance through this complicated process to help bring it to a close. Her and her team were always accessible and easy to communicate with.

I have been practicing trial law since 1981. I grew up in New Boston, New Hampshire, where I still live with my husband and 4 children. I graduated from Goffstown High School, attended Smith and Dartmouth Colleges, and was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania law school. I joined my father, David L. Nixon, in the practice that was then known as Brown and Nixon and is now known as Nixon, Vogelman, Barry, Slawsky & Simoneau. I believe that as lawyers, we owe our clients representation not just in court, but also in the community and in the political process. As a member of the New Hampshire Legislature in the 80's, and during the entire time I have been practicing, as a leader in the New Hampshire and American Associations of Justice, I have advocated for the rights of consumers, workers, and people injured by the negligence of others. One of the activities of which I am most proud is my pro bono representation of the family of a man killed on 9/11, when one of the planes crashed into his office building. As a result of my representation, their award from the Victims' Compensation Fund was increased substantially. My leadership positions have included President of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers' Association, and member of the Board of Governors of the American Association of Justice. In my practice I concentrate in medical negligence, workers' compensation, and employment law, but I have been invited to speak and have represented clients in all areas of injury and discrimination law.

Thank you
I have been working with Leslie since 2016 on a work compensation case which included multiple denials however with Leslie’s professionalism, her vast knowledge my cases were appealed and the decision was in my favor. It is such a stressful ordeal but Leslie and her team were always there to answer all my questions immediately. I was always felt that I was important. Thank you so much.
