I met my husband in 1999 and soon thereafte we got married, I knew well before we were married that my husband was here “undocumented” and living in the USA under a false identification and somehow was able to obtain a work permit and a driver’s license. And for circumstances beyond his control he tr...aveled back to his homeland, India. I thought it would be easy to get him a green card since I am a US Citizen, oh Boy was I wrong?! Due to his unlawful presence for using his false identity, USCIS required a waiver to be submitted to waive his unlawful actions. I can go on and on about this case but to cut things simple Mr. Enrique Mesa Jr. is an excellent lawyer, guided me through every phase of the immigration process in bringing my immigrant husband back into the United States after being punished for 7 years.
