I came into US on an F1 and let the visa expire. My wife and I have been together for 10 yrs and had to do an adjustment for my status. We walked into his office last sept and Enrique assured us that it was a clean case. The biggest issue was getting my passport (indian) that had some issues with the... consulate. Once i received my passport the whole process was done in 2 months! Enrique was very patient and really was available every step of the way.
