Unfortunately, I have required Eric Wilson's service on multiple occasions. In both instances, Eric and his legal assistant Cara were extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. I was charged with an Aggravated Felony DWI in Hudson, NH and Eric Wilson was able to show that the ar...resting officer had no grounds to issue a felony warrant for a blood sample and that the information in said warrant was blatantly false. This led to a reduction of charge to reckless driving, a violation. Eric also represented me in an ALS hearing at the DMV for this arrest, and had the administrative suspension lifted entirely. Eric once again represented me in Derry, NH District Court when I was charged with a second DWI (technically 1st, as the previous charge was reduced). Though I ended up pleading guilty to the charge of DWI 1st Offense, Eric got a yellow line violation and speeding charge dismissed as well as had the DMV administrative license suspension for refusing a breathalyzer test lifted. I had moved out of state at this point and Cara helped me, months after my conviction, to get the proper paperwork in order to get my license back. Without her help it could have been a few more months before I got my license back. I cannot recommend Eric Wilson enough. Eric comes across as a "rockstar" in the courtroom and Cara is extremely helpful and personable. My experiences with them have always been positive and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Eric and his staff were recommended to me at a point when I had no idea what to do after I was arrested and refused to do a breathalyzer. I have never been arrested in my life and never expected this to ever happen to me. From the first call I made, and spoke with such a helpful person from his team,... to the time I met with Eric I was immediately put at ease and had confidence in his ability to support my case. He was very thorough and I was always informed of each step in the process. All charges were dropped, and I never even lost my license for 1 day during the entire process and he also helped to get the arrest annulled. I would highly recommend him and his team, very professional and courteous and always available for any questions I had. I was 100% satisfied and feel fortunate to have had him help me at a very difficult time.

Eric represented me in a DUI in July of 2014. His attention to detail and knowledge in the the court system not only resulted in the DUI being dismissed and I did not loose my license for refusing road side testing. I had absolutely no idea on how to deal with this ordeal. Eric was extremely clear... in his explanations on how to deal with this matter.
