Eric Wilson: Criminal Defense Case - Excellent!

Attorney Wilson is an excellent lawyer! I highly recommend him. Attorney Wilson was the second lawyer I hired for my case (possession with intent to distribute, including cocaine). Attorney Wilson is direct, to the point - a no-nonsense type, focused on the case and the facts of the case. In he...aring my situation, he immediately focused on a key issue (illegal search) as the main defense strategy. Attorney Wilson took an interest in understanding my background, my family situation and discussing the various case outcomes could be and fought for my best possible outcome. Attorney is a strong negotiator. I believe the argument for an illegal search was borderline, yet Attorney Wilson found ways to work with the prosecutor to secure me the best possible outcome (no jail, minimal fine, one year suspended - a blessing given my prior history). Also, the fee was was very reasonable (I had paid the first lawyer nearly twice as much - and he provided very little, just telling me how qualified he was yet explaining he had never had a successful defense -- keeping a client from jail -- in similar cases). I highly recommend Attorney Wilson.

DUI charge

Attorney Eric Wilson was the first lawyer I ever needed. I got pulled over and arrested for a DUI charge. Eric got my charge reduced to wreckless driving and they dropped my DUI charge. My first impression of him was that he is VERY educated in this area (DUI's) and he was very very professional. He ...explained the whole process to me and stayed in contact as necessary. I could not have been any happier with Eric as my lawyer and I 100% recommend him to anyone going through a difficult time as I was. He was also very nice and allowed me to pay on a payment plan rather than all up front. Choose Eric Wilson!

NH's best criminal defense lawyer

Through multiple difficult cases, Eric Wilson has fought for my freedom. I can say with confidence he is the best criminal defense attorney in New Hampshire. He takes passion in his work. I have no question without his assistance my life would not be where it is today. He is personable, realistic and... genuine. I would not want any other lawyer to represent me, and I am forever in debt for his hard work to not allow my mistakes as a young adult to limit the rest of my life because of a criminal record. His staff work diligently to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Dui case

Eric did an amazing job he stopped state from taking my license. He found faults in the arrest to the point of a unlawful arrest. I was cleared and free to go. He is the best I've recomended him to many people and all of them have been happy.
