Eric R Wilson

Eric and his staff were recommended to me at a point when I had no idea what to do after I was arrested and refused to do a breathalyzer. I have never been arrested in my life and never expected this to ever happen to me. From the first call I made, and spoke with such a helpful person from his team,... to the time I met with Eric I was immediately put at ease and had confidence in his ability to support my case. He was very thorough and I was always informed of each step in the process. All charges were dropped, and I never even lost my license for 1 day during the entire process and he also helped to get the arrest annulled. I would highly recommend him and his team, very professional and courteous and always available for any questions I had. I was 100% satisfied and feel fortunate to have had him help me at a very difficult time.

A family member of mine recommended Eric and after having met with a few others before him, I knew he was the one that could help me. While the court experience is certainly something I wished cou...ld have avoided, Eric made it as comfortable as possible. I hired attorney Wilson after a DUI charge in Pembroke NH. Although we couldn't convince DMV that the officer was wrong and embellishing a story, we did go on to win the case in Hooksett Court. I thought Eric Wilson did a great job defending me and was very personable as was his legal assistant Cara.... They answered all my questions and I was very pleased with the outcome. This was the first time in my life I needed a lawyer. (I am over 50 lol) Right from the first call into his office his staff made me very comfortable. They were very quick to get me an initial meeting with Attorney Wilson. His staff kept me up to date on all received materials and request from ...the State. We discussed a strategy and then Attorney Wilson went into action. When a deal was available he called several times as we went back and forth with the State. The time in the Courthouse was EXACTLY as he described it would be. There was a happy ending to the story too! Attorney Wilson is a great lawyer but he is also a good guy who is compassionate and very professional. I highly recommend him and his staff.
