I contacted Attorney Buckley as soon as it was evident to me that a not-at-fault motor vehicle collision had consequences that would require ADCF surgery. I retained his services shortly after. He advised on dealing with and how to express myself with the staff assigned to my (then ongoing) medical care and recovery by being specific and keeping a log of how my condition progressed with time. He was successful in negotiating with the at-fault-party's auto insurance company and with my own health insurance company that had paid for the medical bills on my behalf relating to the motor vehicle collision. The net result, after the healing process and an external medical review to substantiate that the collision caused the injury, was a quick few-week negotiation and settlement disbursement process that was handled entirely by his office with barely any input from my busy schedule. His staff was always very courteous and pleasant to deal with, especially at a time where I needed much support to cope with the reality of the situation. I would very much recommend his services as a lawyer to anyone in a similar need.
