Rory skillfully exposed the contradictions in my opponent’s surveyor’s testimony and brought forward my own expert’s strongest points. He maneuvered my opponent to admitting that he had written a right of way over my property into his own deed in a bizarre attempt to claim the property as his own. ... He showed mathematically how if we added up their property line measurement claims at the turns of the property line, the opponent’s claims actually put his property corner in the middle of the state road. The end result was that after years of litigation with a neighbor who had harassed me by putting no trespassing signs on my property , painted lines on my trees and boulders, harassed my contractors with threats of calling the police, well we won on every point.
