Atty Clark handled the eviction process very successfully for us and I wrote a review for that process. As events developed after the eviction, Atty Clark continued to be as professional and proficient as before. The court held funds that were to be dispersed to us as the landlords but those fun...ds became entangled in the postal system. Atty Clark rose to the challenge and obtained the funds due us by asking the court to reissue the check, not something the court does frequently. Once again, I'm so glad we retained the services of an attornery so competent.

My son, who has had his share of serious medical issues had missed some work due to another serious health issue. He's had many operations to save vital organs in order to be able to live and his health and his son are really the only two things in life that matters to him. Well he fell behind on ren...t due to a medical issue, and the landlord filed for eviction. I explained to Attorney Clark how I don't want a hand out but a hand up, and how my son wants to make the landlord whole but facing eviction, back and current rent due, its a virtually impossible to do all at once. After speaking with Attorney Clark I felt, Attorney Clark fully understood my son's issues and agreed to try and help. Sometimes in life you're dealt some real blows, heartbreaking and otherwise. It's nice to know that there are legal scholars that are willing to try help and genuinely show care and concern. I have placed my confidence in Attorney Clark, I love my son and Grandson, I just want to ensure that they're protected and at the same time ensure that the landlord is not short changed or loses what he's also entitled to.
