My son, who has had his share of serious medical issues had missed some work due to another serious health issue. He's had many operations to save vital organs in order to be able to live and his health and his son are really the only two things in life that matters to him. Well he fell behind on ren...t due to a medical issue, and the landlord filed for eviction. I explained to Attorney Clark how I don't want a hand out but a hand up, and how my son wants to make the landlord whole but facing eviction, back and current rent due, its a virtually impossible to do all at once. After speaking with Attorney Clark I felt, Attorney Clark fully understood my son's issues and agreed to try and help. Were just starting in this process but Attorney Clark has not only shown empathy but has taken the first steps in trying to negotiate an agreement so that my son and his son, will continue to have a roof over their heads. Attorney Clark was ufront, explaining the process and I am hopeful that Attorney Clark can reach an agreement to not only ensure that my son and his son can continue to have a roof over their heads this winter, but to help to resolve this very worrisome, scary and very real situation, so that the landlord can be made whole and both my son and his son will not lose the roof over their heads. Sometimes in life you're dealt some real blows, heartbreaking and otherwise. It's nice to know that there are legal scholars that are willing to try help and genuinely show care and concern. I have placed my confidence in Attorney Clark, I love my son and Grandson, I just want to ensure that they're protected and at the same time ensure that the landlord is not short changed or loses what he's also entitled to. Navigating the legal system isn't an easy task, Attorney Clark is very knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about the people he decides to represent. I'm very appreciative and grateful that Attorney Clark has agreed to try and help my son. We're praying that an agreement can be reached.
