Showing 1 - 1 of 1 review | Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Posted by anonymous | May 20, 2026 | Hired Attorney | Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Incompetent and Patronizing lawyer.

Randall Baldwin Clark handled our bankruptcy chapter 13. When we had our first and every meeting after with him, they were held in his backyard of his home that was considered his office. He and his assistant had us enter and upload all docs and entries into the petition from our home. There we...re titled court docs sent to them that indicated there were liens on our home. They made us determine what liens we had with no experience on how to enter them into the petition. Our case was closed without the liens being included. He even suggested we pay one of the liens @ $6,590.00 and the trustee asked why we paid during the hearing. We did not know how to answer that question and Randall did not attempt to say it was his suggestion. The paid lien is still posted on our home title after case was closed. We now have to hire a competent professional lawyer to clean up the mess he left us. After talking with other professional lawyers, they did not understand why they did not handle the liens themselves. They mention that’s their job.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
