About Kensley
Biography
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page, I am a Rhode Island attorney and I focus in criminal defense for a variety of charges, including, but not limited to: DUI’s, weapons charges, sex offenses, theft, drugs, domestic violence, disorderly conduct, and white collar offenses.
Unlike other Rhode Island lawyers, I have a unique background and experience. Prior to becoming a full-time private criminal defense attorney, I worked as a civil rights attorney at the U.S. Department of Education, an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Rhode Island, and an Equal Opportunity Specialist at HUD.
Before practicing law I had the honor and pleasure of representing our country for over eleven years in the United States Coast Guard. After separating from the Coast Guard, I attended/graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with my Juris Doctorate.
Currently, I am an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Criminal Bench Bar. As my resume reflects, I am a strong advocate of public interests, particularly equal rights and due process, and I will agressively advocate/fight for my clients.

Ken's a lifesaver
