I hired Ken for a domestic violence charge that I believed was unfairly presented against me. It would have been considered a third strike which is a minimum sentence of one year. Ken was helpful, honest, and articulate. I am kind of a worry wart and would call kind of frequently. Ken never made me f...eel like I was a bother and reassured me. So a little bit about me....... I am a Licensed Practical Nurse who is currently finishing up my last two semesters of Nursing School to become a Registered Nurse. Unfortunately a few months ago, I ended up in a bad situation where I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life and got pulled over and... got charged with a DUI, and driving with a suspended license, which I did not know that it was suspended. My situation was also very complex. I was scared and did not know what was going to happen to me because obviously this was a serious issue. I had went on the internet looking for legal representation because there was a possibility that I could have faced jail time among other things. I came across Mr. Barrett's website, and had reached out and set up a consultation with him. He definitely alleviated most of my fears, as I had never been in a situation like this before. In the end, he had gotten all of my charges dropped, so my record is now clear. I can now graduate school and take my state boards without a problem, because had those charges still been on my record, I would not have been able to. I absolutely recommend Mr. Barrett's services 100%, he honestly went over and above for me and my my situation and I honestly appreciate everything that he has done for me.
