Misty Grace Delgado

Misty Delgado is experienced, highly skilled, is an excellent advocate and communicator.  She possesses an attention to detail that clients greatly appreciate and she approaches the handling of her cases calmly and with patience. Misty is well versed in law and procedure, in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Misty Delgado obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Roger Williams University, School of Justice Studies and her Law Degree at the prestigious Roger Williams University School of Law. She has been an attorney since December 2012.

Currently she manages all aspects of the firm including marketing, billing, accounting, client relations and legal work.  She drafts all necessary pleadings, discovery, and maintains impeccable client relations and organization.  She runs all aspects of the firm from Client intake through completion in Family Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. 

FAMILY LAW: As a Family Law Attorney, I help my clients resolve their legal issues related to child custody (including adoption & guardianship), child support, or divorce by collaborating and representing them in court. I help parents work together to reach an agreement that works best for their divided family. I provide guidance and set goals to help parents move forward and smoothly transition or peacefully exist as a divided/blended family.

CRIMINAL LAW: As a Criminal attorney,  I take my job incredibly seriously. I fight hard and do what it takes within bounds of the law to get positive results for my clients. We may seek to have an investigation stopped before charges are filed, to have charges dropped or reduced, or to have you found not guilty at trial. We also negotiate with prosecutors on your behalf.
