#1 Bankruptcy attorney

I initally chose Mark based on his website. After talking with him on the phone and then meeting with him in my home, I knew that I had made the right choice. Filing for bankruptcy is not an easy decision; taking that first step and making the call was the hardest part of the whole process. Mark mad...e a difficult and embarrassing situation much easier and never once did he pass judgement. He readily answered all my questions and pointed me in all the right directions. When it was time to go before the judge we reviewed everything once again and it was a comfort to know that he was sitting beside me. I would highly recommend Mark Buckley to anyone who is considering bankruptcy.

This man cares about his clients, and is the ultimate in professionalism and efficiency. He tends to every detail of your case and keeps you well-informed, leaving no question unanswered. Great Lawyer!

When I decided to file for bankruptcy, I checked out a few attorneys and as soon as I spoke with Mark I knew he was the one I would go with. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to file for bankruptcy.

Highly recommended

I cannot begin to describe how incredibly helpful and professional that Mark was. He made us feel at ease at a time when my wife and I were very on edge about our situation and our own embarrassed feelings. Mark answered every question that we had quickly and pleasantly no matter how silly the ques...tion. The amount of information that he was able to provide us with and the way he made the entire process seem to flow easily took a huge weight off our shoulders. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who finds themselves in need to file for bankruptcy.
