Attorney Mark Buckley helped me tremendously with my bankruptcy. At the time that I hired him, I had a levy on my bank account & a motion to garnish my wages from one of my credit card companies that refused to work with my debt relief. Mark explained all my options in a very down-to-earth manner, ...and was able to very quickly file my bankruptcy in time for my court hearing so the debt collector would release the levy completely and get my money from my bank account back. He only had less than a week to file the motion for this to happen, and he jumped through a lot of hoops to get me there. He kept in good communication with me throughout the whole process & if I sent him an email or left him a voicemail, he got back to me within a few hours. Also, his fees were reasonable and comparable to other lawyers in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Mark Buckley as an attorney- he is very knowledged in his field, very easy to speak with & uses simple terms to explain the process, as well as having a very pleasant personality. During this time, I had quite a bit of anxiety about my filing of bankruptcy and he put my mind at ease knowing my case was in good hands, and that I wasn't just a number, I was a person & he cared about helping me with this awful situation. And in the end, after the 90 days, my bankruptcy was disposed, and I'm now able to move forward from all of my credit card debt that had haunted me for years.
