Mark was very helpful and does most of the work. Basically, he comes to your house. You give him all your credit card statements and all other bill statements involved in the case. He'll go over the process and collects a deposit before he leaves. This meeting took about 2 hours. Jump ahead a cou...ple months.... He'll give you a court date and will meet you there. All you do is sit and listen, then it's over! Very stress free!
