Best of the best

Attorney James Smith did an excellent job representing me. He was able to not only defend my case, but help me after the trial was over as well. I would highly suggest to recommend him to several friends/family.

Anthony's case was dismissed during the first pre trial conference and we are now in the process to expunge his charge thereby keeping his clean criminal record.

Very Good! Awsome Lawyer

I contacted james on a holiday about my problem and he got back to me within an hour. Before my case was even close to my court date he helped me get a deal and the charge was not even put onto my record. If you are looking for help James E Smith is the person to go to!

Thank you!

The day I met James to talk about my issue he instantly made me feel comfortable and as if I could trust him. He kept me well informed and on task. He answered any question without speaking as if he was above me and made sure i completely understood when he explained things to me. Hes a great guy and... a great lawyer, I highly recommend.

From the first meeting I had with Jim I knew I made the right choice. He is very good at informing you to the facts without talking above you. He is just a down to earth guy. He is knowledgeable of the law. He is very accessible professional and always there to handle your questions.
