Around 3AM, police noticed a car parked along the side of the road with its interior light on and one of the doors ajar. Police claimed that they could see in plain view a marijuana pipe on the dashbo ... ard and proceeded to open the door. The subsequent search revealed a small amount of marijuana. Police knocked on the closest door in the neighborhood and woke client from a sound sleep. Police also claimed that client admitted to owning the marijuana.

Client stopped for traveling 54mph in a 25mph zone. Upon contact officer noted strong alcohol order on client's breath. Client failed field sobriety tests, was arrested and refused breathalyzer.
