My case concluded a few years ago, but went through some old emails and realized I never left a review. I called Mr Asermely with what is likely a fairly trivial issue to him, a traffic violation which was overdue. He contacted me immediately, spoke to people at the DMV, and called me back within an hour with an answer to my problem.
