I called Mr Asermely with what is likely a fairly trivial issue to him, a traffic violation which was overdue. He contacted me immediately, spoke to people at the DMV, and called me back within an hour with an answer to my problem. After winning the initial magistrate case, a state officer representative appealed the decision. On the 2nd court date the attorney was able to show the court that even though 2 state officers testified, that my prior record and recollection of the traffic violations were every bit as valid as the o...fficers raising enough doubt for the court to see my side and drop all charges.
